It’s really helped our daughter’s math skills out and her confidence. Her grade six teacher’s teaching method didn’t mesh with how my daughter needed to learn math. So this also gave the opportunity to have different teaching styles.
Leah struggles with math so badly. It’s always a fight to get her there but she’s always happy when she comes back. All of the instructors have been absolutely fantastic.
So far our son Marcus really enjoys classes at Mathnasium! We value the detailed feedback about the classes from the teacher and are looking forward to the 1:1 feedback session. We also found the extra STEM hour classes in the summer very beneficial as Marcus was very interested in those.

Mathnasium is great place to learn Math. The environment is relaxed and fun, giving students the opportunity to both study and meet a friend. The customized learning plans really target a students weakness, and the expert instruction provides students with appropriate level skill development so students can progress at their own pace. The rewards are set to encourage effort and hard work, not perfection, which makes Mathnasium an enjoyable, comfortable, and safe place to grow in. A truly excellent program!

My son experienced anxiety whenever it was time for math at school. Homework was especially difficult often resulting in angry outbursts and frustration on both his and my end.
Mathnasium made it fun for him. He realized it is just about learning different ways to take numbers apart and reassemble them. He looks forward to going to Mathnasium and has never once complained which is an incredible relief. He has told me he no longer experiences the feelings of dread at school when it is time for math, he now has the tools to help him look at the numbers and problems differently so he can stay calm and he knows he can go to Mathnasium to help him when he is struggling.

Appreciate the personalized learning plan, the regular updates and a system that systematically assesses the student and provides lessons to fill in the gaps in a way that doesn’t cause student frustraion.

My son did not pass 11th grade and the was in summer school, at the beginning he was still failing until I put him in mathnasium and he passed the course with 89%!! He insisted me tu put him the whole next year.
