We have notice that some of the cement or caulking has shifted down and you can see quite plainly from the living room. We were also told that we were to hear from someone about the care for the counter top. We think it is beautiful and we would like to keep it that way so please anything you can pass along would be great.
Just had my kitchen and half bath remodeled by granite transformations. Jeff and tony did a beautiful job installing. Minimal mess and they made sure they cleaned up great. Stephanie and Jason also were very informative. Eventhough there was a minor problem after, Jim called and handled the issue right away. As it stands right now we aren't finished yet but I am confident that the minor issue will be handled soon! I would deffinately recommend this company for your future remods,

I love the new counter and back splash - I only wish I had done this several years ago. Trying to decide if I have money to do bathrooms now!!! The entire process was wonderful from our sales person to the fabricator to the installation - things went smoothly and the way the counters fit against the cabinets and walls, it looks awesome, like it was built when the house was built. I would definitely recommend GT to anyone who is interested in getting a kitchen make over!!
My husband and I were so impressed with the professionalism of your team of people. Sharine was punctual, professional, and took as much time as we needed to answer our questions. Tom was friendly and efficient and I mentioned to Courtney on the phone how lucky we were to have a previous installer create our template since he knows all about the process! Adam was great--pleasant and cordial and eager to answer my many questions! He brought along Brian, who also was very nice. It was a wonderful surprise to see them clean up so well after they were done.
We didn't really know when we picked such a small sample how the counters would look, but were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked the way they looked in the room. So far the only problem (or advantage) is that you can't see anything that you spill! So have to be vigilant about wiping up.
We were glad that we took the time to visit the showroom after Sharine's visit. It gave us a more thorough look at samples and provided us with more confidence in the company itself.

The installation when very well. Ryan and Wade were very professional in dealing with the whole process. The installation looks great and all the work was done in one day with the plumbing work being done the next day just as the said it would be. Thanks, Tom
Granite Transformations installed our countertops 2 weeks ago. We love them and are so very, very satisfied and impressed with the service and quality provided. The installation team did a professional job in only 5 hours and even cleaned up a bit before they left. I have a beautiful, updated kitchen and it only took a few weeks from beginning to end! The finished product looks great and seems to be holding up well. Only time will be the arbiter of that, however. Everyone was very professional, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. I especially liked cabinet reface, Austin, who went the extra mile by returning to my home when an issue with my faucet developed and fixed it in just a few minutes. (May I keep him? 😉)

One stop shopping and very good finish work. The office scheduled us as quickly as possible because we would not be in town much longer. The design consultant was knowledgeable and worked out the plan quickly assuring us it would turnout well. It turned out very well. Only one appointment with the consultant and everything was followed through by Granite Transformations. Couldn't have been any easier. The kitchen is much more functional, beautiful, and comfortable.
Sharine and tom were a pleasure to work with. They made sure all my questions were answered and that they met my expectations. Both are very professional, prompt and cared for my home when they were on site.
