Leticia was great in helping with the design of my kitchen as I was making some significant changes and permanent decisions. The install team was great and custom fit the counters during the install process to ensure everything was measured correctly. One counter had to be adjusted, which they did there on-site. I was so happy with how my kitchen turned out I had them also redo my bathroom cabinets. They did some custom work there as well and turned out great. I continue to get compliments on both!

Products are great. Plenty of colors & styles to choose from.The charcoal colored Blanco sink is fabulous! No more pot stains! Granite Transformation's process is refined. 1st visit: select the product, measure, bid and contract, set dates. 2nd visit: measure/template. 3rd visit: installation! Took Serapio and Chris 2 5-hr days, with very little home disruption and no tile countertop destruction. They were professional, experienced installers. Everything looked perfect and new. We'Re so pleased. Thanks to all who made our kitchen transformation a reality!

Tricia Paulsen worked with us and did a wonderful job for us. When we had a question about something, she either had the answer or checked it out for us. She showed us all kinds of product to choose from, and made suggestions of what would work for us.
The installers also did a great job as well. The process of measuring and installing was done in a timely manner. After the installation was completed, there was no mess left behind.
We had our kitchen counter resurfaced four years ago and the product is very durable and shows no wear whatsoever. We are sure the same will be true with our shower as well.

Product was as advertised, installer was good and very accommodating. The plumber that was sent to connect the faucets was also very good. They cleaned up after themselves and as we run a business from our home, they made sure that we had minimal disruptions.
The only bad experience we had was with the finance company, Enerbank, but that had nothing to do with Granite Transformations.
We enjoyed the purchase from start to finish. From our first meeting at the store, to having Jonathon visit and discuss the products, options and pricing. And Steve did an excellent job on the install! He was very flexible, accommodating and overcame a couple of issues that were problematic. But he took them in stride and completed a very professional installation.
