After a problem with the backsplash was a called in, there was a very quick response and fix! Overall, Granite Transformations delivered a high quality product and very professional installation. We had gone through complete kitchen and bath remodels in our 2 other properties in Marin; and, by comparison, Granite Transformations is the way to go! The counters and back flash look really great and without the really mess of doing it if we had to remove the old tiles (yeah, a few had to be removed to get in the new sink). Installers did great job putting it together in 1 1/2 days after spending 1 day mating it out. Our only complaint (8 rating now) is who looked at the 3 panels before they are installed that connect in the counter and decided they all matched! It's hard to see each panel while they are placed but the middle panel was a different shade and installer noticed and took picture also! We like your product but you really need to look at the product before in stalling it!

We had out cabinets refaced in Kitchen and on bathroom vanity. Process went very well and we are so happy with the results. Appreciated the attention and education we received from the Design Consultant (Laura) as well as the fact that she followed up on the project and checked in to make sure all was well, and when issues did arise, handled them great and kept us informed. Installation took a little over a week and Raul and his crew were very efficient and paid attention to the smallest detail making the end result just perfect. They were very considerate and cleaned up every evening before leaving and always let us know what to expect the next day. Even though our cabinets were distressed and old they managed to make it look like a brand new kitchen and never once complained to us if they ran into a difficult situation. All professionals and very good at what they do. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This is the second project that Granite Transformation has completed for us. We believe in their products and services. Their employees came on time and worked a full day. They consistently clean up after themselves as they worked. They communicated the plan daily. We are planning a third project and most likely we will contract Granite Transformation to do the job.
We have a outstanding basement repair that is needed due to a water leak caused by the work team. We were told we would hear from someone to schedule a repair date. Now that the bathroom is finished my expectation is that I will hear from someone soon. Over all we are pleased with the bathroom remodel.
