I have a few medical issues and Kireston did a lot of research in setting up my training so I would feel comfortable and not reinjure myself. Both Matt and Kireston are very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. Pushing at the right times as well. To top it off, I love the stretching time for the perfect end to a training session. Matt is really good with helping me with the stretches that I could not do on my own.
