It’s much more about the nice gentleman I spoke with when setting up the account. He was very helpful and was very caring and compassionate about my situation. The actual service team has been fine and respond fairly quickly to any communication I send. The the true selling point was on the front end, I can only hope the service is as outstanding as this gentleman was. I so wish I’d have gotten his name, he most certainly needs to be recognized

Yadkin patiently waited for us to get our CO and then were quick to respond whi9le honoring their commitment to us made months before installation. The work they did was amazingly efficient. They were thorough in checking out the piping and even had to change the regulator when they say the way the piping that was used. I appreciated their expertise since I knew nothing and continue to know very little about propane service to rural homes. Thank you.
