Your CSR Cindy Hull From the Murrells Inlet office!!!! She’s the reason I decided to stay with you!!! We had a bad initial experience with a new CSR Andrew? Andre? He gave us a whole bunch of wrong info and when I called back to book you guys, Cindy probably thought I was nuts!! Nothing he said was even remotely true as far as pricing and what steps actually needed done to set 2 120 gallon tanks to heat my pool. Cindy talked me through everything… explained everything thoroughly and was just FANTASTIC!!! Not to mention she got my installation moved up for before Thanksgiving!!!! She is awesome and she should be recognized!!! If it wasn’t for her you would’ve lost a new customer!!! I look forward to dealing with her in the future and this company!!
Oh and also the guys that came to deliver the propane was very friendly and the field guy Randy was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came out to see where the tanks should go and such. Thank you everyone!!

I really like the pleasant people on the phone when you call, and the website is so easy to use to make payments and order gas. If you remember that you need gas on a Sunday night at 7 pm, well then you can order it and rest assured it will be delivered the next time they make a trip to your area.
