They do not have to be called when you are out of propane they monitor your use at their location so you don't have to worry about running out.

Serviceman was very nice and knowledgeable. While inspecting fire logs, he found they weren't hooked up right. He rearranged them until they were in place correctly.

It took 3 weeks for first service after we moved in but service from the gentleman that brought out our propane was awesome by answering my questions, and showing me how to use my fireplace remote, and all other concerns, and even advices.
