Josh was very professional and answered all my questions with ease. My carpets with high traffic areas from my dog had stains and discoloration. I like the fact that my carpet wasn't saturated with water , I came out very clean looks brand new . Services was professionally done while with on time appointment . Didn't have use long hoses around the place with easy clean up . It was a very good experience and didn't take very long to get the job done .

The young man, Connor Poole, who came to our home yesterday was very well informed about his business. His vehicle was clearly marked and his uniform made it clear he worked for Oxi Fresh. He introduced himself, looked at the space to be cleaned, measured it, and started working. Before he left, I asked him to add one room, which he did very affordably. When he left, the carpet was clean and raked, my dogs and I were able to walk on it, and by this morning, everything was dry.
