Setting up an appointment to get my area rugs cleaned was super easy. Simple 4-minute call and it was done. Then, when Conner showed, he was able to clean both my rugs in the driveway. He followed up more than once to see if the pet odor was gone. When I told him it wasn't and was still pretty powerful, he stopped by on his own without my ask or appointment and treated the rug a second time. A couple days later, he followed up again and I said there was still faint pet odor, so he came back AGAIN to treat it one more time. All good after that. Whenever it comes time to have my bedrooms cleaned, I'm going ask for him specifically to come out and work his magic. He's professional, thorough, and hardworking. He definietly deserves a pat on the back.
