The teachers are amazing, practice is focused on all levels with the teachers giving different options for the poses.
I’ve been practicing at YogaHub Swords for the past 3 years and there is a magical vibe here. Everyone is so open and friendly, it is inclusive and there aren’t any egos on show.
I’d recommend anyone to try out as it could change your life, physically, mentally, emotionally by giving you a fresh outlook and zest.
Had a functional flow class with Shane on Tuesday and it was just fabulous. Great mix of balancing poses and explanations.

My 1st time to yr location, really lovely space, had a great ambiance, great selection of classes, with great teachers, and variety of classes. Only suggestion, it was very busy after the the workshop, and there were people trying to purchase items from the shop, reception was very busy, it might be an idea to have some help, during busy times. Very positive experiecne.
My first visit and i got a lovely welcome, was shown where everything was located, the yoga room was bright and spacious and clean. And Rohan’s class was wonderful, as always.
