Welcoming staff

I attended Rob’s yin & yoga nidra workshop yesterday and it was absolutely brilliant. I’ve been practicing yoga for 17 years and loved this class. Rob is a truly gifted teacher and I really hope he does another workshop soon.

Blackrock studio is beautiful, and the classes are excellent. I usually go to Sile and Jill’s classes and they’re so so goood.

Diverse range of classes for many ages, sizes and levels of fitness. Chris M, Nicky, Oksana and Elisabeth for pilates are fantastic teachers! Can’t wait to try the sauna and ice bath!!!
Only negative feedback is the strict 5/6 hour cancellation fee for classes that are not even full! So if I wake up with a sore throat (poss covid) and do the responsible thing and stay home then I am penalised with a fine. I can see a 2 hour timeframe and a penalty if the class is full…but not a fine for a class that isn’t full!
