The workshop chakra balancing and sound healing with Elaine and Franco was the starting of a powerful healing.
I felt very comfortable to let go my emotions. it's not just a normal experience where you try something new (obviously it depends how you are open to break through your emotional patterns), but an open up a door to connect with your physical body and your energetic body and soul. It's a good therapy to repeat at least once a month.
Monthly membership, varied classes, experienced teachers, and clean .
Your instructor was amazing - very dynamic class. Thoroughly enjoyed the class.

Would love an option of booking 2 people for one class at the same time using the app as I could have booked for my friend and sister at the same time. Also, the only physical change I would make is the hallway throught the centre is a bit grim.

Great variety of teachers and class types. Grmma and Elaine are particular favourites of mine - really great classes with allowances made for flexibility and show our bodies feel on different days.
The staff!
The classes are great - nice and hot, dynamic, challenging. I love Sile - great teacher - she practices what she preaches. I’d love another evening bikram session to be incorporated into the schedule.
The club Is clean and welcoming. The staff is smiling and very nice and kind. The teachers competent and challenging.

Friendly and local
Clean, friendly and very good instructors. Olivia was very helpful when I couldn’t make my last class on my pass and she very kindly facilitated me to go the next day, which I very much appreciated.
I like the friendly community feeling in Swords YogaHub. There are lots of different classes to suit everyone. I would love if there was more mat Pilates with Laoise.
The girls on reception are so nice especially Tara and Sarah is a brilliant manager. She always listens and looks for feed back.
Roisin’s chill flow is also one of my favourites.
Sometimes the hot classes are a little too hot.
The coach, was patient, she saw i'm a begginner and she tooks her time to explain everything
Loads of class slots to choose from and generally, there is a slot available, even last minute. I like that you can cancel 6 hours in advance without losing your pass
