I love the location and studios in Blackrock. The only thing is showers for ladies could be better, as in more private and better hot/cold water settings. Also an addition of few private changing areas for more comfort and privacy (obviously ;-) ... )

Paced really well.
The staff (Cornelius) was lovely, the class was well run and on time. Challenging with lots of alternative options to support people at different levels

The studio is very relaxing and always a good vibe there. The staff are great, very friendly and happy. Clodagh, Jessie and Suzanne are great instructors. We really look forward to our yoga class every week!

Great yoga centre. However it's western yoga as exceise there's no spiritual aspect.
I really like how the instructor balanced the whole session, from connecting with own body and mind to relaxing it at the end. Loved her class
