Overall the Point Sq location is a great studio, nice facilities, many great teachers (especially Leo!). Only small point would be AC optimization in the reformer room as heat builds up quickly especially if hot yoga is happening next door! Would still recommend

Loved Niamh’s sculpt CPD, she was so knowledgeable, friendly and I felt like she really wanted the students to leave with a full understanding of how to teach sculpt and her enthusiasm was infectious 😊

Teachers are fantastic, there’s a huge variety of classes hot yoga, chill yoga, restorative and my new favourite mat Pilates.
There is a lively community spirit in the studio and I’ve made lots of friends attending here. This positive and friendly vibe is a credit to Sarah’s management and all the team (especially Tara ❤️).

Love reformer classes with Annie in Swords. She's an amazing teacher. Lots of instruction and adjustment so you feel like you're moving correctly and not just doing workout reps.
Love reformer classes - Annie, Catherine B, Sarah, Sadbh and Tara are all amazing. Was off for Christmas sbc with sickness for 3 weeks sbc missed classses terribly. Delighted to be back sbc about to kickstart my next 50 class pass ack.
