Service Masters more than met my expectations in mitigating the water restoration issues in my home. Carlos who was in charge from the very beginning was the kindest and hardest working person I have ever encountered. He came by daily to check on the status on moisture percentages on the walls and was very helpful in answering all of my concerns and questions. The packing crew was very hardworking as well, Fatima and Pedro did an excellent job in packing up our belongings so quickly and neatly. Again, Carlos and Christian did an excellent job with the demolition preparation, the demo, and left my place very clean. Immediately after, Brian Jones came over to do the reconstruction estimates. He was so pleasant and professional. The whole staff I came across with from day one with Service Masters gave such excellent and professional service that your organization should be so proud you have staff that represent your company very well. I cannot say enough good things about everyone, especially Carlos. Thank you for making an unfortunate house event a not such a bad of an experience because of your prompt and organized way you dealt with everything with the mitigation and water restoration. Hi Amanda, I got your text. I have replied to each email I have received from Brittney. The bottom line on this is that I had called about someone coming out. It was determined by Servicemaster that I should not have the carpet wet vacuumed until I stop the leak. I agreed. The next day Servicemaster shows up and after some (the same) dialog it was determined not to vacuum yet. They did an inspection. The bill referenced an emergency call. It was not. I have asked for a discount with no reply. If that charge is for someone to send somebody out without my ok on that then indicate on another invoice so that I can explain that to the insurance company if I include it on a claim. Thank you.

Michael was able to get the crew out to start drying-out the house the same day. Restoration was supervised by Shane, and he also did some of the work too. Jay the tile guy was the best; very fine craftsmanship. All of the workers did a great job, from the sheetrock & painting to the new underlayment and replacement carpet. Minor details were taken care of too, such as edge sealing of the tiles and repainting the shower stall to match the bathroom paint. A very friendly and professional crew all-around; highly recommend.
