The Fraser Street location was clean, spacious, and the decor was gracious. The ambiance was perfect. The instructor was Camelia and she was outstanding! Her calm energy was pervasive in the room, her instruction was clear, her thoughts were so positive and inspiring that I felt the benefits of this class all day. I loved it!

Clean studio, not cramming people in. Instructors do their best to personalise the class to accommodate ailments, injuries, how the mood is... Always a calming environment without the feeling of being intrusive.

Class size is limited and not crowded, all equipment is provided, friendly and helpful instructor, challenging class, complimentary tea!

Larissa is a great teacher. I didn't enjoy yoga until she started teaching me. I really like the room and facility's. the price is a little high but you offer good deals occasionally.
I love the space and the smaller classes
Really friendly, open teachers. Good variety of types of yoga. I also like the hands on approach the teachers have, in making adjustments etc. The tea and snacks are also a very nice touch.
Deals. Staff. Clif bars and tea afterwards. Quality of the room and equipment and knowing I just have to get myself there no fussing.

Juan is a great pilates teacher, very good at assessing students capabilities and making accomodations for where they are at, but still both rigorous and relaxing
