Never thought I’d say this about an oil change service, but this was a great experience. The staff were super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They had great energy and were clearly hard workers who knew what they were doing and do it well. Highest possible recommendation.
Its fast and easy
My husband used to take care of my car, but since being single I now am the one doing it. I was unsure about what i needed, but knew i was overdue for an oil change. I chose Lube X-press because it is close to home and i found a coupon on the website. Jacob was the service tech that greeted me and he walked me through every step of the process. He was incredibly detailed and thoughtful in his explanations, making sure that i understood everything. He advised me of all my levels and suggested services that i needed to get done, and explained to me why i needed them. He was so friendly and so knowledgeable but mainly i felt like i could trust his advice. I will be returning to get my state inspection and, most specifically, because of how amazing Jacob was I will continue to get my oil changes at that location going forward. I am happy to know that going forward I can count on Lube X-press to make that item on my to do list stress free. Thank you!!!
