It seems to me this company needs to hire more persons, at least in my area. It was almost a month from the time I requested service until I was up and running with my gas fireplace. Calls were not returned promptly until I spoke with a supervisor. The two young men who came to my home yesterday to get the logs to ignite were very helpful and extremely polite. They told me they would put in a request for a regulator to be put on the tank so that the company would be alerted when the level was down to 20%. Also, I want to know if there is a fan on this model unit that will circulate the heat into the room. There is a lever on the top of the opening that I'm not sure if it could be a damper....what position should it be in? Thanks for your help in this matter.

I like it when the gas is delivered when it is suppose to be delivered, I love the instant heat it gives.
I did order it on line and after 2-3 weeks I decided to call and the lady said they did not get it ,so someone did not check the email or the system is not working if I had not called and asked about my order I would be in a cold house right now,not complaining but you need to check it out.

While I appreciate that the delivery was made on 17 NOV, i was not given a "heads up" as to when the delivery truck would be arriving at my home. I had specifically asked when I called to ask for a delivery that I be contacted when the driver was enroute.
When lunchtime arrived (noon) and I had not heard from the driver, I left the house to go to downtown Folkston for lunch. When I got back to the house around 1320, I found the delivery ticket by the gate go the propane tank.
I normally keep the propane tank locked, the cover to the propane tank locked, and the driveway gate closed when I'm not at my residence. Before I headed to lunch I unlocked everything in the event that the driver would arrive during my absence. Needless-to-say, I would have preferred to be at the house when the driver arrived.
Overall, I appreciate the hospitality of the CSRs I've spoken with and your new website works well.
