We have been with Gas, Inc. (Performance Propane) since 1992. We have always had superior customer service and our gas would be delivered promptly. We attribute mine and my husband Steve's excellent customer service to Bonnie at the Griffin office. She is the best! Over the years Bonnie has been a friend to us as well as getting us gas in a timely fashion. We give a huge shout out to Bonnie and the all the delivery drivers as well.
Ease of ordering and having concerns resolved, everyone I speak to on the phone is always professional, personable and pleasant. I’ve been a customer for almost 50 (yep, FIFTY 😳) years so I must be a pleased customer.
