I like the personalized service. My tank is kept full especially during the cold winter weather. I use the gas for hot water, heat for the house, my clothes dryer and stove. If things get too low I can call and get a delivery without much delay. Very dependable. Convenient pay plan and a senior discount.

I've been a customer with Lithonia Gas, Gas, Inc, Superior for over 50 years so I'm pretty much happy with you. I will admit that I was more pleased with you in the early years when it came to service. Whoever used to do the annual inspection/cleaning of the heater (I have a single heater in the living room that's basically the source of heat for the house) did an excellent job but the last few times we were left with a higher flame on one of the grids/grates/? that I was told he couldn't do anything about. Unable to afford a new heater and not wanting to keep paying for a service call that accomplished nothing I've not had the annual checkup for a few years.
Bless you for allowing me to go on a Budget Plan with my last delivery, otherwise, in all honesty, I would not have been able to buy propane this year and would have had to rely on a few electric space heaters ... not something my 76 year old body was looking forward to.
Nicole was the last person I talked to ... ordered gas and she set up the Budget Plan for me. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional.
