Products OK. Service is another thing. Hard to get (Usually) on the phone, very difficult to get on & conduct business on computer. Always get late duns for payments paid. Confusing billing system. Now have to pay with credit card prior to receiving service. Over 30 years of being customer & still using Gas, Inc. Will recommend you to new homeowner if I sell.

I have been a customer of Gas Inc since 2007. When I need gas - they arrive in a timely manner and are very professional. I am on a "when needed" schedule which works perfect for me. I prepay for my request gas, and I do not even have to be home for my delivery. Their prices are competitive and customer service is outstanding.
I have always loved how if any time I needed anything I could just ask and was always provided help by Jared Mclean he was a outstanding employee,and worked night and day to complete all necessary tasks,I don't know how someone as lowel and devoted as he was for so many years could be fired for a remark a jealous person made

I like the personalized service. My tank is kept full especially during the cold winter weather. I use the gas for hot water, heat for the house, my clothes dryer and stove. If things get too low I can call and get a delivery without much delay. Very dependable. Convenient pay plan and a senior discount.

While it was impossible for me to order only 100 Gallons of LP on line, and difficult to get through to order by phone, the actual service was good and the agent (once reached by phone) was very congenial.
