It was fast and easy to order online. However, the gas cost 418.83 but I was billed 418.82. Had I not gone online to check the transaction I would not have known I still owed 1 cent. I had to run my credit card for one penny. No acceptable.

very easy to work with - using the website I can check on my account anytime without having to call someone. I can also check the fill level of my tank - that it is good news in my book, so I don't have to go out to the tank to check levels.
I like that you have different options like budget billing for people that can't come up with the whole amount for a fill up.
