I really like how friendly the staff were. Everything was clearly explained and I didn't feel pressured. I like the quality of service and the level of service to the customer. It's those things that are the beginnings of developing a good relationship. And good relationships drive good business.

I was very satisfied with the oil change and tire rotation. I was asked if I wanted the cabin air filter replaced. Initially I said yes. I did not ask the total cost thinking an ai filter couldn’t be more than $30. The air filter was not available so I would have to come back the next day. I paid the invoice and left. When I got home and studied the invoice I saw that for a 5 minute job I was paying over $100. Filter was $57, Labor $60 and $15 for cleaner. I did get a discount so overall I paid about $78. I called and canceled the air filter and got a refund. I the went to Oreily’s and bought an air filter for $19 and installed it myself. I suggest you tell the customer up front all costs prior to servicing a vehicle so the customer does not get sticker chock after the fact.
