This was my first time ever stepping foot in this wonderful store. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in not sure about what I wanted, and I was shown several options that would work best for me. I really appreciated that I could test out the bike prior to making a purchase. All the features were explained well, and I felt confident in making my purchase. I will absolutely be returning next time I need service or parts.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had three bikes tuned up and serviced and I must say the pricing is reasonable. I bought a new bike from them last year and was very pleased with my purchase.

Great products and excellent customer service

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable cost for service and adding accessories. My only feedback is in regard to hours. I wish they were open till 6 or had one late day during the week, difficult to go in unless I leave work early.

However, I recommend offering to help load bikes for customers. My wife picked up her bike on Monday, late in the day.

She drove our pick up with no rack. Her bike is an Electra Cruiser. Not the lightest.

The employee simply wheeled it out.

Would have been nice to offer to help her.

Good service and honesty

I came to Al Petri and Son's looking for a good road bike and everyone that works there was very helpful and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and the professionalism and experience of everyone there set me up with exactly what I was looking for. I had a fall while riding and when I brought my bike in to see if everything was ok with it they put it on the rack right away and examined it. Everyone there has been friendly and helpful. I also recently upgraded my wheels and tires along with purchasing a Garmin Bike computer and floor stand and like every visit before it was a great experience. The people there really care for their customers. Thanks to everyone there for all their help.
