Matt was the technician who addressed the crack in our foundation in Loudon. He arrived on time and was able to do the demolition in the basement wall to access the crack with a minimum of disruption. He did an excellent job of describing the two-step process he was using and what for us to expect with the curing process. The office was prompt in mailing us our 10-year warranty certificate. We are grateful that Rescon Basement Solutions could address our chronic basement flooding problem.

We enjoyed the entire process period. When the initial. Examination of our basement was done.The job manager was very clear bout what had to be done and the pricing. When the technician came out he was very knowledgeable and communicated what he was going to be doing. The work quality was excellent and were very happy with the repairs that were done. Scheduling wasn't difficult and communication with restaurant was very good.

Rescon was very easy to deal with. Responded very well to both emails and phone calls. We only tried one other contractor who did not return our call. I feel we went with the best and although we haven’t yet had a Heavy rain to fully test the system I have every. Confidence our cellar floor will remain dry and the sump pump will collect and push the ground water to the outside in good shape.
