The instructors are all very knowledgeable. The classes are well designed. The space there, makes for a wonderful practice. I hadn't been to a Yin class in a while, it was an amazing break from my Yang style Vinyassa practice.

I was a visitor to JAX and after 2 full days of driving from Chicago, I loved the 90 minute hot yoga class Allison taught.

What do you like about our services?

The Yoga Den has a surreal vibe that keeps me coming back. I can feel the calmness and tranquility rush over my body the moment I step into the den. My friends and family marvel at the peace in the facility when I bring them for their first yoga session. The instructors, music, and overall vibe give me a supreme feeling of satisfaction and peace when I practice at the den.

What do you like about our services?

Love the studio, and the teachers. It is an amazing place that brings me much joy and peace. Very clean and everyone is super friendly. I use both locations, San Jose and Southside. San Jose's classes are longer for when I have more time, and Southside works great when I need to fit in a quick class. Go YogaDen!!!!
