I like everything about yoga den..... from the people that work and teach at the yoga den, to the clientele! My yoga experience with yoga den has been healing, warm, and renewing in so many ways. All of the teachers and staff are so amazing and friendly. Every student i have met has been very sweet as well. They give plenty of modifications and permission language so that you can modify as needed to suit your bodies needs. The classes are always fun and challenging and I leave feeling healthy and peaceful.

So far, I've taken classes from 3 different locations at Yoga Den. All classes were exceptional! The instructors are experts in every way. From the ambience, room temperature, music selections to the calming, non-judgement voice and detailed step by step instruction, each class has been a delightful experience. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, but I've only been taking classes from Yoga Den for about the past 6 months. I have enjoyed every class and appreciate the detailed instruction for a TOTAL mind-body workout. Honestly, I noticed that I have a better night of sleep after attending classes at Yoga Den.

I am planning on introducing my son's girlfriend to a Yoga Den Basic class this week at the new Mandarin location. I'm excited to share my love of Yoga with her. I am confident that through Yoga Den she will receive a wonderful first experience, and hopefully she will want to continue to develop her own practice.

I can always find a class. I had a hectic day and the only time I could get to class was after 5pm. No problem - had a great Sun Power class at 5:30 at the Den in Mandarin. Thanks guys!

I love that Yoga Den offers an array of class options. There’s a beautiful balance within each class- with more traditional yoga mixed with modern queues. I also love the fact that there are multiple locations, so I can try new teachers out, and different classes !
