sydney's class was just what i needed! travelling for work all week and last minute decided i needed a break- mandarin location was 10 minutes from my hotel and both staff members were incredibly friendly and kind! i really enjoyed the intimate setting and it was actually very nice to have such a small class.

Yoga den is more than a yoga studio...it's an experience. The teachers at yoga den provide more than a work out for your body, they also get into your soul and you come out feeling cleansed and ready to face the world.
