My wife and I came to London for medical treatment of 6 weeks duration. We both were avid attendees at the Clinton Y.M.C.A. My wife was and is unable to continue at the Y. for the foreseeable future but I needed to keep my focus on her well being as well as my own. While attending the Central Y. in London I have been less stressed and more motivated as I need to be the healthy care giver. Everything I have needed for exercise is readily available, clean and able to use in a timely manner. I recommend the Y.M.C.A. as a surrogate P.S.W. for anyone especially for seniors for which I am one (76yrs) I have been exercising for over 40 years and the Y allows me the flexibility and comradery to continue by physical and mental health. La amabilidad. Y. Siempre. Limpio
The fitness floor and the turf area.
Great selection awesome instructors welcoming environment
I like the easy access to participate in programs with parking and moving about the building. The programs not over crowded and instructors are easy to follow and ready to assist.
I go early in the morning and always get a good workout done in a short time. Always machines and equipment available. Also available parking.
The staff! Always a welcoming and positive experience!
I love the fact that there is group active and yoga classes. The instructors are really great and they make you feel welcome and excited to get fit.
Great group classes
I really enjoy the triathlon training
The depth and breadth of the programming.
The pool and gym schedules fit my needs perfectly. All the volunteers show some personality even if it's just to acknowledge our presence. The premises are well maintained and clean.
I love the commitment to serve all members of the community. I understand that finances are tight, but there has to be a solution to the almost constant breaking down of equipment, not to mention the pool.
Good community. Programs are well covered across ages and skill level. Don't give up on the centre branch! People are moving downtown.
I have a complimentary membership right now, but am a past YMCA member with my family when my children were younger. I love the Y's programming for younger children, childcare for parents to workout, and spin classes and squash courts. I love that Y is downtown, has 2 pools (when working) and the lovely 'plus' changerooms that are quiet with a few extras in them (again, when working). I know that the facilities are aging and that the hours are reduced since re-opening after COVID, but I hope that it can remain a viable option for Londoners, as the other fitness options with the same facilities are a long drive from the downtown and central areas (Old South, Old North). The staff met recently were super friendly and helpful as well.
It has been the number 1 Health Club to me for a very long time. Thankyou
Big gym!
I live in Japan and gyms in Japan are small.

Some of them I never seen in japanese gym. Thank you for letting me use .
I enjoy the fellowship of the members and have made life long friendships through the Y.
The instructors are dedicated and talented in their unique ways.
The Y is so much more than a gym. It's a lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle!
