I love aqua fit ! And just working out in the gym. I really wish that the hours were better. I was surprised to find out how early it closes on the weekend. I hope that this changes so i can take my kids swimming in the afternoon and work out Fri and Sat evening ..I am a night person .

Daily aquafit classes!
The staff is always super helpful and friendly. My main activities are the gym and the pool. Both facilities serve my needs really well.
And the location is extremely convenient and accessible for me, with many bus routes and bike paths nearby. As I am sure for many other individuals who might not have the means to reach other branches if they don't have access to a car. I'm really grateful there is a YMCA downtown. Both my physical and mental health get a big boost because of the Y Centre Branch
I joined a few weeks ago and haven't yet participated in any programs, but I do enjoy the fitness area and like that the environment is so welcoming and inclusive.

You have an amazing faculty the sauna and hot tub amazing features my son love the engery and the kids in the gym playing an socializing with the other kids just an amazing experience

The service provided at the center is five star services and almost all the equipment needed for body fitness is available.

I like everything, thanks.
I totally enjoy the squash courts and some of the workout equipment. The facility is vey pleasant to enter and all the staff I have interacted with have been very polite and helpful. The change room is clean as are the hallways and stairs. Basically the downtown Y is a well run facility and I am glad to be a member.

The location is easily accessible, the hours of operation fit within my schedule, the cost is affordable, and the activities I am interested in are available when I would like to do them. Additionally, I like the social atmosphere of the Y - I have never felt unwelcome or that I wasn't 'fit' enough to fit in.
