I like being able to sign in with the Sports Clips app and reduce my wait time; however, it did not seem to be working properly yesterday. Although I signed in with the app and arrived at the time it suggested, when I got to the shop, it said someone was ahead of me and indicated I would still have a 39-minute wait. As it turned out, the person ahead of me was a noshow; so I got in as expected.
