I travel and have had my hair cut in Sports Clips locations in probably 15 different states. Taylor provided bery good customer service! She was very professional, she made conversation, did a great job. She explained the punch card program and tried to sell promotional products but was not pushy. She even explained that after you get a hair cut you can come in and get the MVP without the hair cut. She would be an asset to any company.

The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous. It was my first visit and I truly felt like an MVP! I could not ask for any better service and personal touch! The manager, Carrie Umfress cut my hair and did an extraordinary job. She has an awesome personality and did a phenomenal job!! Can't wait for my next visit!
