I appreciate that the wait time is displayed and that you can get in line from the convenience of your phone. This allowed me to get other errands finished while I waited on my haircut. When I arrived at the store I only had to wait about 5 more minutes. My hairdresser was kind and professional. I feel like I was given great service at every turn.

Blaire did an amazing job cutting my hair. She took the time to discuss with me what I was looking for and it made me feel heard. She took her time and tried to be as precise as she could. Even getting down eye level with my hair to make sure it was even. She styled it for me just like the picture I showed her. She was very polite and took great care of me while I was visiting the store. I First name removed definitely be back and in that chair letting Blaire cut my hair.
