Fast. Friendly. Enjoyed watching March Madness while I got a haircut
The studio was very nice, and it was fun to be able to watch sports while getting the haircut. The shampoo and massage was amazing.
The young lady that did my hair was often, upon getting home my wife said it was the best looking haircut I had in a very long time. The stylist was very professional, and paid close attention to small differences that made it look even better.
People are nice and friendly.
I have not had a bad stylist yet. They are attentive and make me feel like a million bucks!

1. Once I learned how to use the online check-in to my advantage I really like being able to check-in then go to the Home Depot to get what I need prior to get my haircut.
2. Stylist was professional and seemed genuinely interested in making sure my haircut was exactly what I was expecting. It was spot on.
Bethaney was great. She was very polite and done an awesome job on my hair. Would highly recommend! I'll be coming back for sure.

Personally not a big fan of the overplayed sports theme. Not all dudes eat, sleep, and drink sports. It’s just an overplayed theme. The products and services have no weight in my visits. BUT! The military appreciation, check-in process, and option for mvp are nice to have or have when desired. What truly brings me in routinely are two of the stylists I have established rapport and service with (Candace and Ashely)
I can decide when I come in for a haircut instead of having an appointment. This works best for me.
