So far so good with everything. There was a swap up on materials but everything has been good. Still installing.
DCI did a good job on a hard project. Keith has been good to getting ppl to come back and fix things. It was a difficult project.
We had a good experience all around. We had issues with getting the system up and running but not with construction. It was postive experience.

Has been easy to partner with PM and assigned subs/teams. Been a great experience with latest project, but prior project was not good (crews walked off the job, sorter bedframe crack issues, and still continued software issues that have still not been resolved).
Clay takes care of issues quickly and efficiently.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Keith Paluso III was very responsive and communicated effectively on the Gulfport projects - He did great at making sure everyone (FedEx PE and Site management) were all on the same page during the project. Change orders were timely and justified.

Always a great experience working with DCI. PM's are friendly and really put that extra effort into each project we do. Keith Paluso III did great at communicating with the local operations team as well as back to myself. Overall, no issues and always happy to work with DCI.
No comments at this time but DCI has done a wonderful job.
I have recommened DCI to others. No complaints. They have done everythign I've asked. Not being local is the only complaint. The time table has been very satisfactory. DCI is very dependable.

We liked DCI so much to the whole CRB team. We Last name removed DCI. The service is always good and timely.
"Cowboy" (PM?), he was awesome. He made verything really easy. We had some hiccups and he worked them out.
It was a good expereince. Ran into some hiccups before we got DCI out to site but it got resolved. Once on site, DCI did a great job. No complaints.
Overall, DCI has been great to work with. The one opportunity I see may be industry wide than specific to DCI. There seems to be newer PM's that don't have FedEx exepeirnce. May be a product of volume of work and everyone is spread thin, so finding people with FedEx expertise has been a challenge. There seems to be more hand holding with the PM's but its more industry wide than DCI specific. But good expereince with DCI.
