I enjoy the ease of booking visits. I would like to be able to book for a stylist that is scheduled to start in a few hours rather than waiting for them to arrive. I enjoy Lo she is the best. The shop is always clean and welcoming. All the staff works hard to make sure everyone is looked after.

Leah is the best. No one has cut my hair as well in Tampa for four years, after having gone to the same stylist 9 years in VA. I like the hot towel and I like the massage. I very much dislike your sign-into-the-queue process. It works for the store, not the customer.
