I took my 10 year old son to the McKnight road location and it was GREAT!!! The woman that cut his hair (Beth - the manager) talked directly to him, asked him the questions to enter us into the computer, how he wanted his hair (with a discrete look to me for a nod). It was his first visit so he got the free VIP treatment which he loved.
We are regular patrons for my 2 sons at SportClips and always get the MVP services. On the visit you are requesting feedback on, I felt that Zachary's services were extremely rushed and the hair around his ears was not cut evenly or neatly with a small "chunk" out of the one side that I did not notice until we had left the store. Both of my children had services on this date, but the person who performed Zachary's services was not particularly friendly and rushed him through the scalp massage and shoulder/neck massage portions of the service.
While we love the concept and the business, I am not certain I would return to this specific location.
I like the MVP service for my sons and we are regular patrons of SportClips. I have to say, however, I did not think the staff was overly friendly or engaging at this particular location and I'm not certain I will seek out this specific location for future services.

I keep coming back because of the way I am treated. I am treated like a close friend. Someone whose relationship is held in great esteem. I originally came in during a soft opening, the day before grand opening at the invitation of the owner. It was the person's first day at this company and she was a little nervous, but AMY took he time and did a nice job. The mvp is a great price. I chuckle at the greeting 'where it's great to be a guy' but I go there for the value, not the women or sports. The person who helped me last time is wonderful. I hope she always helps me.

I enjoy the all natural products especially the tea line of products from Paul Mitchell. The services performed are a great change from just a normal haircut. The scalp massage and towel wrap really make the experience great.
