The TV's, not having to explain how I want my haircut (except when I use a different Sports Clips for the first time - link that database!), the hair wash in the massage chair with the Tea Tree shampoo (doubled up), the back and shoulder massage and all of this with no wait because I could go on the app and see the wait times at the Sports Clips around me, check-in online and walk right in!! You do everything but drive to my work/home and cut my hair there! I have NEVER had a bad stylist, however you screen and onboard your people, keep it up and let me know the secret because you always have amazing people working for you! This is the only place I ever go for haircuts now!
