I like the ability to check in online. It saves me a lot of time. I also like the amount of locations available. The atmosphere is always great. I always get the MVP, which gives me a better cut and keeps the small hair off of me. I’m always happy with the stylist that I get if I don’t visit my regular location.

Service is great, however your systems are in need of help. I received an email indicating a $5 discount on my next visit to Sport Clips. The email did not contain a coupon so I assumed that the $5 would be credited to my account. I went and scheduled an appointment online and went for the service. The hair tech charged me full price for the cut. I’m confused as to why the email with $5 discount was not recognized by the hair tech. Seems like there is a disconnect somewhere in your system.

I’ve been with all of the stylists at sports cuts in cherry hill. They all give great service and all are top notch stylists. Never a bad experience.
The MVP is an outstanding service and its an excellent value. You don’t get that that treatment at other places, including high end salons. The products are as effective as others I have used and at a better price point. You can’t go wrong at this place.
