Stephanie was amazing. I got the VIP treatment and since it was my first time, she was kind enough to explain what she was going to do and answered my questions. I got a great haircut and she sold me on a matte cream. The manager, on the other hand, could have been nicer. Seemed a bit mean.

Stylist was great and provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that I was happy with my cut before I left. Made sure that I had enough product at home before I left. Overall great service from this store consistently.
