The triple play is my go-to. I like the scalp massage included in the wash. I also like that they save your preferences so that if you're a creature of habit like me they always know how you like your hair cut.

I always get a consistently excellent haircut from Jaclene.who is always friendly and attentive. I appreciate the convenience of using the app to determine if my preferred stylist is in and to join the lineup in advance of arrival.
I asked for the Triple Play but was charged for the MVP since that is all they offered which is what I was told once I checked out and paid. I did not get the neck massage. If I knew I had to pay the MVP price I would have just said MVP. Stylist only shampooed my hair once, normally they do at least two times shampooing? $30 plus tip, suggested tip is $7?!, is becoming very cost prohibitive, especially with less expensive options available. Sport Clips needs to stand out more than the others for this price point.

The stylists were just incredible. My son doesn't like hair cuts still but they did a great job of balancing patience and progress. They let him take a break and came back to him. Just super happy with how they treated him and the cut is one of the best he's had.

The service is top notch. I never leave there dissatisfied. If something is wrong they will fix it with no problem. I have a regular stylist and having the app is convenient to know if she is working.
