I did not have an appointment but was serviced immediately. My stylist was Megan H. Megan was very thoughtful and listened as I explained what I needed done. She offer an upgrade of services. This was a reasonable price. so I agreed. My haircut, shampoo and shoulder/neck massage was great. Megan suggested some hair care as I was checking out and paying my bill. She gave me a business card which I will be using to schedule with Megan H. again.

I was welcomed by a stylist and asked to complete my online check in. The stylist read my notes and confirmed with me that's what I wanted and we made a small change to my usual haircut. She talked to me during the cut and made me feel like a valued customer.
App is great - lets you avoid wait times and plan ahead, easy to use. Stylists are very nice and Andrea gave me my best haircut in recent memory.

My haircut was done free of charge for Veteran's Day. I didn’t have to wait very long and was treated with respect by everyone. Care was taken to give me an excellent cut and I was offered other services like a beard cut and products for my hair. Caitlin did a very good job and I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks for the show of respect Sports Clips shows our Veterans.

Everyone is friendly and they always do a great job. I usually see Mandee or Maggie but all the customers I've seen while at the store have always walked out looking their best. The MVP is definitely the way to go; it's a nice, relaxing experience that's just the right amount of pampering so you feel as good as you look
