Laila Butliewicz.... was AMAZING!!! I NEVER felt SO MUCH LIKE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN THE ROOM. I'm not a big conversationist... ESPECIALLY when someone is SO DETAIL ORIENTED on their task/ job/ PROFESSION. Kaila didn't make unnecessary small talk ... to try and keep me engaged... she UNDERSTOOD and RESPECTECTED.... My lack of " chit chat"! I'm ANXIOUS to have my hair grow... so I can book another appointment with Kaila. Her GREATEST BUSINESS ATTRIBUTE... IS MAKING the customer in her chair....
