ESPECIALLY when someone is SO DETAIL ORIENTED on their task/ job/ PROFESSION. Kaila didn't make unnecessary small talk ... to try and keep me engaged... she UNDERSTOOD and RESPECTECTED.... My lack of " chit chat"! I'm ANXIOUS to have my hair grow... so I can book another appointment with Kaila. Her GREATEST BUSINESS ATTRIBUTE... IS MAKING the customer in her chair.... I love the MVP. I don’t know why anyone would get a haircut without a wash and shampoo afterward. The wash with the hot towel on the face is my favorite part. Nice stylists that can tell if you’re in mood talk or not. I am almost always happier and more relaxed after a visit.
Catelyn is a credit to your HR department. She is extremely personable has to date been the very best barber/stylist in cutting and styling my hair perfectly to my request. She's a keeper!
