The weather on the day of our closing was very icy and most businesses were closed, however I called at 8:30am that morning to confirm that our closing was going to happen and Jaryd answered the phone and said if we could make it they would be there! Thank you to everyone at Campbell & Brannon for going above & beyond and creating another successful closing. When circumstances changed about a week prior to closing, they scrambled to accommodate an early closing & arranging for the sellers to ahead of closing which allowed the buyers to have the entire weekend to move in. They prepared the additional legal documents we needed and gave these first-time home buyers a special closing experience. Well done!
