Clean, quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and willing to answer all questions. The studio has a great schedule of classes for all levels!

i have a very hectic schedule and it is often difficult to get in, I find that by offering several classes throughout the day allows me to not make excuses and make time for my yoga practice. As some one whom is working towards a healthier more active lifestyle this is beneficial.

There's a lot of classes to choose from every day.
I don't have a very fixed schedule so it's nice that I have the option to go to a late class or an early class depending on what else is going on.
I am a fan of not needing to remember a towel every class.

I like how each class the instructors create a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere.

I love everything from start to finish: the easy access to parking, the extra bit of exercise to get up those stairs (haha), the welcoming from staff, the incredibly spacious, clean, and modern changeroom (not to mention free lockers, shower access, and complementary face wipes!), the beautiful studio, skilled teachers who really cater to both newbies as well as the experienced, and everything in between. By far my favourite studio in Edmonton.

Your instructors are phenomenal (especially Melissa and Michelle), great variety of classes, and very clean environment.

I like the free tea (it's not the first thing even if I write it that way...loved the Vanilla Roobios). Love the variety of times as well as classes. The only thing I dislike is downward dog....such a passionate loathing for that pose. All staff are wonderful, the studio is wonderful, it's close to where I live, and again...among other things.

As someone who has been a member of other yoga studios in the past one of my favorite things about Yogalife aside from all the wonderful teachers, is the various classes and times offered every single day. I used to only do hot flow classes and while I still love those from time to time having the non heated options has really deepened my practice. The facilities are always clean and the desk staff always welcomes me with a smile. Keep being fantastic!

I like the changes YogaLife is doing by adding combination locks on the lockers. Most days I can actually get one now. I am impressed that the studio is being painted and spruced up. Most of all, of course, there are some excellent Teachers: Cole, Melissa, Katherine, Jen, Emily, Dawn, Carleen...

I miss the clean towels, but have become used to bring my own so it's not that big a deal. I also miss Ashtanga on Sundays. Perhaps, if the travel is too much for Melissa, Katherine was a very solid lead at one Sunday practice and Jen is always very good. Anyway, something to consider for us who really appreciate all the Ashtanga practice has to offer.

Thank you for the positive changes. Know, for us regulars anyway, they are noticed and very much appreciated.

great class instruction personal friendly

I appreciated the understanding of when I had to cancel a class which I couldn't do online so I had to call in. I was in a bit of physical discomfort so I didn't have the energy to attend. The gal on the phone was completely amazing!
