The customer service is 2nd to none. They do very well with situational challenges. Nick is a good listener and does very well with follow through when a tasks is needed.
When I consider Prism, words come to mind like "thorough", "responsive" and "professional". I always know they will take care of my customers as though they were theirs!
Doing Fire & Flood Restoration, I have worked with Don Brenner and Matt Blazowich in Sharpsburg, PA for years. They come at the scheduled time to our job sites prepared to handle their part of our jobs, bring the proper equipment and do their best to stay out of our way.
They are always pleasant to the homeowners and handle their concerns. They're good at explaining how they clean damaged equipment and also when it's not worth cleaning.
They are quick to answer any questions I have throughout our jobs, whether it's a month or a year later.
