I did my first prenatal class at moksha yoga at 38 weeks and I honestly wish I would have started earlier. What I liked the most was that the instructor offered several variations to the poses. Being 38 weeks I liked that I could keep up and be somewhat comfortable in the poses given the size of my bump and my pelvic discomfort. I can only compare this prenatal class to the classes offered at pan am pool which unfortunately turned me off about prenatal yoga. I did 10 classes at pan am at he very beginning of the second trimester where I felt energized and flexible. Unfortunately those classes were designed for ladies that were Very late in pregnancy and no variations to the poses were offered. My body has gone through so many stages throughout this pregnancy and I think that variation is key in a prenatal yoga class. I might be back next Monday or Wednesday if I’m still pregnant. If not, would definitely recommend this class to others and would practice at your studio during a future pregnancy.
Bathrooms are always clean and soap, shampoo, lotion, q-tips etc are provided. Facilities are clean, variety of instructors available for every skill level and preference. App is amazing for booking/checking in, etc. Front desk staff are amazingly helpful. Nice little area to lounge at the front.

I love the diversity of classes available. Since I work shift work it is also wonderful to have many different times available to me throughout the week.
