Speaker was broken Sunday so the music class was just a normal one. A bit bummed! Usually just go to Donald but drove all the way there for that. Just have a speaker dock for unexpected hiccups like that? still good as always

I love modo! My favorite place to go to my mat and let anything that is bothering me go. I love the community and the feeling of home. It is always so welcoming. I love Modo Flow with Philly D on Saturdays and Sundays, he is just an amazing person who makes you feel like family and adds light to your day. Thank you for everything you have brought into my life to make it more peaceful and fulfilling.

The yoga classes just exercise classes and the teachers aren't Drill Sgt.s who want you to get fit. It's about listening and connecting the mind to the body.

This studio has all you need to take care of you body, mind, soul and wellness as a whole. The variety of classes offered, the number per day, everyday regardless of holidays are second to none and i am always so pleased I can fit a class in at any time because of this.
The studio itself is warm and inviting , super clean at all times and don't even get me going about the staff. They are all so professional, so warm and inviting and not to forget the most important, their knowledge and expertise of all the practices.
This is the best decision I made for my overall health was to join and commit to Modo.
