The atmosphere is so energetic and friendly! The class options and times work well with any schedule. It has truly become an exciting environment to get a great workout out in!

Modo presents a judgement free environment. Where students can explore their individual limits and work to improve as they desire. Everyone is encouraged to simply do their best and modifications are given when needed.
I have never been a serious yogi but love to practice from time to time. When I first went to Modo, a few years back, I got my butt kicked and realized I loved the challenge! (and the hot room!) Since then, I have had kiddos and time gets limited but I always come back when I can and I always feel the best when I am taking classes there! I love the instructors and the vibe of the whole experience! Seed Cafe is one of my favs too :) Thank you!
