EVERY teacher I've had is upbeat during class giving good body instructions and keeping us working.
They encourage us to work at the highest level our body allows and to try to do a little bit more than we think we can do.
I have so much more energy from these classes and my balance has improved a lot. Although I know I'm going
to work hard I always look forward to the class!👯

First the staff: knowledgeable, friendly & kind. Second, the studio is so clean, airy, and has great bathrooms! The classes are challenging & fun; the teachers are respectful & encouraging. Every time I come to class, the Barre3 staff is welcoming & helpful. It's so sweet to go there!
Andrea Cowan was fabulous. It was a community free instructor in training class and it was just like a regular one. She did a fantastic job! I love doing the b3 classes. I have sore neck issues and I always leave feeling like I've gotten a great workout AND a fabulous stretch session.

Your classes have a variety of flexible times, All of your teachers are awesome, friendly and focused on sharing the Barre3 way with you. I love Barre3, how it makes me feel, the instructors and everyone in the Barre3 community. I talk about Barre3 with all my friends and family and everyone knows it's become a way of life for me here in pdx!

I love the variety of teaching styles since it results in slightly different workouts depending on the instructor. I also really love the positive atmosphere. I always enjoy coming to class and feel really great at the end. This has allowed me to get back to bicycling and hiking since it is helping to control my back pain. Thanks barre3 Eugene!
Barre3 was a comfortable environment, that wasn't intimidating to walk into. The workout was fun, effective and time flew by during the class.
